Solenis is currently looking for a Order Specialist/ Customer Service Representative with German to join our team in Warsaw.
Contract type: full time, permanent
Location: Giełdowa 1,Warsaw (hybrid working model)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive, enter and manage customer orders from order receipt to shipment of product and any returns;
- Respond to routine customer enquiries concerning orders
- Track the status of orders in the report and communicate issues and solutions; cooperation with our plants in Europe and external warehouses; cooperation with our logistics provider
- Maintain communication on a daily basis with customers and take action in order to respond on their needs
- Support organisation in optimisation transport and logistic projects
- Claims receiving from customers
- Proactive work to solve customers’ complaints
- Give feedback to customers regarding the status of complaints
The Individual
- University degree (min. bachelor's degree)
- Very good level of German (min. B2)
- Good level of English (min. B1)
- Customer and service-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Affinity with administrative activities
- High level of analytical skills & ability to work under pressure
- Team player with creativity, engagement high level of multitasking skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with complex business scenarios
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, SAP (will be an advantage)
