Working Days Monday - Friday on Site & Saturday work from Home Shift Timing 12 pm - 8 pm Salary Bracket 20K - 25K
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
● Sorting out any queries of customers that may arise with bookings or reservations.
● Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
● Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages.
● Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation. ● Greeting and assisting customer while check in & check out
Desired Candidates :
● Experience working in the hospitality or travel industries.
● Customer-service experience.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
