CRM Senior Specialist [Turkey]


 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from related departments
  • Having at least 3-5 years experience in CRM and Direct Marketing communication channels (Email, SMS, App Push, Web Push)
  • Having experience with Google Analytics, Oracle Unity and Responsys tools is a plus
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Advanced level of English both verbal and written
  • Customer oriented,
  • Support open communication and feedback culture
  • Open to change and innovation

Job Description

  • Responsible for MediaMarkt direct marketing channels.
  • Managing the Email, SMS, App Push, Web Push marketing duties
    • Creating monthly communication plans for each channel
    • Creating email, web push visual by guiding co-operating agencies
    • Creating App Push & SMS content by guiding Marketing Communication team.
    • Creating best customer segments for related channels.
    • Conducting A/B tests to find better performing asset all direct marketing channels
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to refine campaign material
    • Creating automated communication activities that triggered by customer behavior such as post purchase, cart abandoned etc…
  • Measuring every campaign communication per channel
  • Managing local communication activities
  • Working with global direct marketing team to increase identify and implement solutions that meet the needs of our business
