Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from related departments
- Having at least 3-5 years experience in CRM and Direct Marketing communication channels (Email, SMS, App Push, Web Push)
- Having experience with Google Analytics, Oracle Unity and Responsys tools is a plus
- Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced level of English both verbal and written
- Customer oriented,
- Support open communication and feedback culture
- Open to change and innovation
Job Description
- Responsible for MediaMarkt direct marketing channels.
- Managing the Email, SMS, App Push, Web Push marketing duties
- Creating monthly communication plans for each channel
- Creating email, web push visual by guiding co-operating agencies
- Creating App Push & SMS content by guiding Marketing Communication team.
- Creating best customer segments for related channels.
- Conducting A/B tests to find better performing asset all direct marketing channels
- Collaborating with stakeholders to refine campaign material
- Creating automated communication activities that triggered by customer behavior such as post purchase, cart abandoned etc…
- Measuring every campaign communication per channel
- Managing local communication activities
- Working with global direct marketing team to increase identify and implement solutions that meet the needs of our business
