We are currently seeking a Sales Associate who will report to the Boutique Manager and to support our dynamic team in our exclusive boutique in Singapore.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients repairs and after-sales service
- Achieve individual sales target and assist the team to achieve the boutique sales target
- Provide high standard of customer services to ensure the services meet and even exceed customers’ expectations
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professional manner
- Build long term relationship with customers
- Support on the preparation and coordination of in-store events
- Maintain boutique daily operations
- Ensure that the security procedures are strictly followed
Your background and competencies/skills
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in the luxury retail/F&B industry
- Good communication skills
- Possess initiative, meticulous and detail oriented
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance
- Service-minded and sales-driven
- Honest and positive attitude towards work and the customers
- Pronounced quality awareness
